Spock Ear Tips From “Star Trek”

‘Spock's’ (Leonard Nimoy) Vulcan original screen used ear tips from Gene Roddenberry's sci-fi series “Star Trek.” Pointy-eared half-human, half-Vulcan Spock relied on logic while serving as first officer aboard the USS Enterprise throughout the series. Designed by Fred Phillips for the pilot episode, "The Cage," Spock ears of this style are also held in the National Air and Space Museum. This pair of cast foam rubber ear tip prosthetics are hand-painted in peach tones with beige outlines for shape. 2.25" x 2.75" From the collection of Greg Jein.
