Tom Cruise Flight Suit Patch from Top Gun

Paramount, 1986. Original navy blue flight suit patch with red threaded embroidery, reading, “Pete Mitchell ‘Maverick’.” The 4 x 2.5 in. fabric patch retains Velcro backing for affixing to flightsuit. Exhibiting minor handling. In very good to fine condition. Accompanied by an LOA from the costumer. This particular patch was kept by the costumer after production and was worn on Tom Cruise’s flight suit during production until it was replaced with one that had a stronger adhesive.
