OCTOBER 12, 1963 - BOSTON AT TORONTO Toronto Maple Leaf game program with star centre Dave Keon on the cover and in excellent condition. Keon was voted first in a poll of Top 100 Leafs so having him on the cover is a good selling point. The Leafs had just won their second Stanley Cup in a row and for this home opener, the awards were handed out with the ceremonial faceoff. Leaf coach Punch Imlach previews the season and there are articles about Dick Duff, Gordie Howe and Dave Keon titled ‘Keon Could Be Greatest Leaf Ever”
