Jurassic Park (1993) - Original Raptor Claw Set

A set of six original velociraptor claws from Steven Spielberg’s 1993 classic Jurassic Park. In Steven Spielberg's massive blockbuster, paleontologists Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and mathematician Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) are among a select group chosen to tour an island theme park populated by dinosaurs created from prehistoric DNA. While the park's mastermind, billionaire John Hammond (Richard Attenborough), assures everyone that the facility is safe, they find out otherwise when various ferocious predators break free and go on the hunt. Velociraptors are featured throughout the films run as one of the main dinosaurs featured in the film. The Raptors were created by the world famous Stan Winston studios. These half circular shapes claws are made off cast resin and have been painted in hues of brown with black accents. The pieces show signs of production use, which includes light scuffing and paint wear but remain in excellent condition. This lot is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Studio Auctions.
