Tom Cruise Flight Suit From “Top Gun” 

Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell's (Tom Cruise) flight suit from Tony Scott's action film “Top Gun”. Maverick wore his flight suit during aerial operations with the US Navy's Fighter Weapons School and on board the carrier USS Enterprise. The military-issue flight suit is made of sage green material, with a long zipper running down the front and adjustable waistbands fastened with Velcro at the hips. Zips and pockets are present along the legs, chest and arms. A manufacturer's label within is marked as size 38 Regular. The name “T. Cruise” is written on the inside. This Tom Cruise ‘Maverick” flight suit is the first one ever to come to auction with all of the original patches intact including the Tomcat patch, the United States Navy patch and the VF-1 fighter squadron patch. Maverick's name patch is attached to the left breast with Velcro and is sewn over (with parts of the original Velcro visible). Comes with a letter from the costumer and a Certificate of Authenticity from Studio Auctions.
