The left side is intentionally distressed to resemble damaged, peeling, necrotized flesh, with a nail driven through the lower left cheek to create a dramatic effect. A cord is affixed with staples on the verso for the wearer to attach to their face. Measuring 9.5 x 8 x 5.5 in. Exhibiting production use and handling. In very good to fine condition.
