Production used black cat prop constructed of soft padded body covered in natural black fur with internal posable armature, resin teeth and mouth, silicone tongue and claws, polyfoam nose and footpads, and acrylic eyes. "Mr. Kittles" (Cat) has a particularly memorable moment where it attacks "Cindy Campbell," (Anna Faris) after she and "Buddy Sanderson" (Christopher Masterson) discover a secret room in the haunted Hell House. The cat suddenly becomes aggressive, using a broken bottle to launch a comically exaggerated attack. This scene parodies classic horror tropes, turning what could be a typical scare into a ridiculous moment that highlights the film's over-the-top humor. Measuring approximately 27.5 x 10 x 4.5 in.
