Constructed of cast resin, metal, and other mixed media components. The oval badge is expertly studio painted in metallic gray, with a red arrow pointing up with number "170,899" printed at its base and a green arrow pointing down with the number "24,877" printed at its base. In the world of The Orville, badges were part of a larger system of social control by majority opinion: they tallied the number of downvotes and upvotes someone received. Society could voice its opinion on an individual's behavior by voting up or down by pressing a button on the badge. The device is slightly magnetic and rigged to light up, with electronics present but untested. Measuring 3 x 2.25 x .75 in. Exhibiting production use and handling, with minor scuffing along the oval.
