Elegant limited edition cast bronze dancer on black marble base with felt lined bottom from the personal collection of Marlon Brando. Etched on the right leg, "13/250 Tom Bennett 81." Brando studied various forms of dance and movement, including modern dance, which helped him develop a unique physicality in his performances. Although he might not have been a dancer in the traditional sense, his understanding of movement contributed to his powerful presence on screen. Tom Bennett and his twin brother Bob are renowned sculptors known for their unified voice in bronze art.
