Jack L. Warner Signed Request Asking Danny Kaye to Emcee Event.

Danny Kaye, 1964, Danny Kaye. Vintage typed letter on 10.75 x 7.25 in. Warner Bros. Pictures letterhead, dated “August 13, 1964", from Jack L. Warner to Danny Kaye. The letter reads in part: “This year Rabbi Edgar Magnin celebrates his 50th anniversary as Rabbi for the Wilshire Temple. To commemorate this outstanding achievement and to give Rabbi Magin the recognition he so justly deserves, the National Temple Brotherhood will honor him with a dinner here on November 14th." The letter goes on to request Danny Kaye be the Master of Ceremonies, time and schedule permitting. It is signed in blue ink, “Jack." Warner was a pioneering force in Hollywood, shaping the film industry as co-founder of Warner Bros. With unmatched power and vision, he revolutionized sound films and became a titan in entertainment, defining the golden age of cinema. Exhibiting expected aging, original transmittal fold, and minor perforations from a missing staple at the top left. In vintage very good to fine condition.
