Autographed replica CCM Bobby Orr Bruins 1966-67 jersey. Authenticated autograph with hologram. Size: L
The ‘Wondrous’ Bobby Orr was the most anticipated talent in the 1960’s after playing 4 years as a Junior – starting out at age 14. Orr’s debut with Boston was on October 19, 1966 against Detroit and he received a ‘welcome to the league’ elbow from Gordie Howe. Orr, just 18 years old didn’t disappoint winning the Calder Trophy as rookie of year and making the second all-star team. It was apparent that Orr would dominate the NHL he and went on to win the James Norris Trophy as the best defenceman for the next 8 years. Add in: First All-Star Team (1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975), Plus/Minus Leader (1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1974, 1975), Art Ross Trophy (1970, 1975), Hart Trophy (1970, 1971, 1972), Conn Smythe Trophy (1970, 1972), Lester B. Pearson Award (1975), Canada Cup MVP (1976), Lester Patrick Trophy (1979) and two Stanley Cups – all on bad knees! This is an autographed beauty by Bobby Orr. Who wouldn’t want to own this jersey of maybe the best NHL player ever.
