Cleopatra, 1963, 20th Century Fox. Vintage collection of (100+) black and white production contact sheets including behind the scenes photographs of Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, and cast and crew members from the epic movie. The 1963 movie Cleopatra, directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz and starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, became notorious for its overspending, production delays, and script changes. Taylor's romance with Burton added to the drama, dominating the tabloids. Initially panned as a flop, the film later gained cult status for its lavish sets and spectacle. It eventually earned back its budget through box office and video sales, securing its place in Hollywood history. Exhibiting expected age, handling, and minor wear. In vintage good to very good condition. These contact sheets were originally procured directly from the studio of origin and used in the making of documentary materials.
