An original wand prop used by David Thewlis as "Professor Remus Lupin" in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
This wand prop is composed of resin that has been hand-painted to simulate wood grain. Near the base of the handle is a gold-tone painted ring. Remus Lupin was introduced to audiences in the third film of the Harry Potter series after saving Harry from dementors on the Hogwarts Express. Lupin would serve as the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts, an Animagus who could transform himself into a werewolf. Lupin would be forced to resign from Hogwarts when it became known that he was a werewolf, but he would remain one of the original members of the Order of the Phoenix. The wand measures at 13.5 inches. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Studio Auctions.
