Baby Groot Maquette from Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, 2017, Marvel. Production used character maquette constructed of cast resin, expertly studio painted to appear as wood. In the blockbuster Marvel franchise, the character “Groot" is one of the most beloved in the ragtag band of Guardians of the Galaxy. Regenerating after being destroyed, this would be an early stage of the character's development. The figure measures 9.75 x 7 x 3 in. and is affixed to a custom, tiered wooden display stand measuring 7.5 x 8.5 in. with a professional cast resin plaque that reads: “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Baby Groot Lighting and Perspective Maquette." Exhibiting production use and handling. In very good to fine condition.
