Al Pacino Colt .45 Pistol from Scent of a Woman

Scent of a Woman, 1992, Universal. Screen used hero decommissioned "live fire" Colt .45 prop . The Colt MK IV Series 80 is the signature weapon of “Lieutenant Colonel Slade" played by Al Pacino in his Academy Award- winning role. The prop weapon features blue steel finish, white three-dot sights, and gold Colt medallions on the wooden grips. In the film, “Charlie Sims" (Chris O'Donnell) is alarmed to find the blind Col. Slade assembling and disassembling the Colt in about 25 seconds, declaring, "You oughta be able to do a .45 in 25". Slade is later seen with the weapon while in his dress uniform. Retaining the serial number FR11070. Please note this will require an FFL for transfer of ownership. Measuring 8.5 x 5.5 x1.5 in. Exhibiting production wear and handling. In very good condition. Accompanied by COA from Prop Master Robert Griffon.
